The Special Ks - Crystal Fields
I was first drawn to this band when I was sent their EP last week c/o Truffle PR.
With a road trip to Essex lined up and the sun falling all over the sky, I thought this was the perfect time to give it a listen - and I couldn't have picked a better track for the moment.
I cant quite put my finger on what genre I would put it into; with the romanticisng indie 'boy band' elements that make me so fond of the Maccabees mixed with some ethereal sounding backing notes that reflect similarities to sounds I hear when I'm out.
For the promisingly summery weather, I really do recommend this as a promisingly inspiring track.
